Plain-English summary. You must be 18 or over, resident in India outside our six restricted states, and hold only one IC7 account in your own name. 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and IC7 ("IC7", "we", "us" or "our") covering your use of the website at ic7world.in, the IC7 application, and every service, game, promotion and support channel we provide through them.
You accept these Terms when you register an account, deposit funds, claim a promotion, or otherwise use the platform. If you do not accept them, do not register and do not deposit. Continued use of IC7 after we publish an update means you accept the updated version, as set out in section 14.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data, and alongside the specific rules published on any active promotion at the time you claim it. Where a promotion's published rules conflict with the general position in these Terms, the promotion's rules apply to that promotion only.
2. Eligibility
IC7 is available only to people who meet every one of the following conditions. Registering means you confirm that you do.
- You are 18 years of age or older. There is no exception to this, and no account belonging to a minor will be permitted to play or withdraw.
- You are not a resident of a restricted state. IC7 is not available to residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland and Sikkim. Local law in these states restricts online real-money gaming, and we apply that restriction at the account level.
- You hold one account only. One account per person. Additional accounts opened by the same person, household, device or payment instrument may be closed, and balances derived from them may be forfeited.
- The information you give us is accurate. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, state of residence and payment details must be true, current and your own. Inaccurate information is grounds for suspension, and it is the single most common reason a withdrawal fails.

We may ask you at any time to prove that you meet these conditions. If you cannot, we may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals until the position is resolved.
3. Your Account
3.1 Registration
To play for real money you must register an account with your own mobile number and a valid email address, and confirm your date of birth. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter. If any of it changes — a new phone number, a new bank account — update it, or contact support to have it updated.
3.2 Verification (KYC)
Before we process a withdrawal we may require you to complete verification, commonly called KYC. This typically means confirming your identity and confirming that the payment account you want to be paid into belongs to you. We may also re-verify an existing account if activity on it changes materially.
3.3 Keeping your credentials secure

3.4 No sharing, no transfer

3.5 Our right to suspend
We may suspend or restrict an account, and hold pending withdrawals from it, where we reasonably suspect fraud, multi-accounting, collusion, bonus abuse, use of a payment instrument that does not belong to the account holder, or any breach of these Terms. Where we do, we will investigate and tell you what we found. A suspension pending investigation is not a finding of guilt, and a legitimate player's own deposited funds are not forfeited by an investigation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported methods
IC7 supports the payment methods most Indian players actually use: UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and net banking. The exact list available to you is shown in the cashier at the time you deposit, and can vary depending on your bank and your app. All balances are held and displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
4.2 Limits
Minimum and maximum amounts apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These are shown in the cashier and can change — they depend on the method you use, your verification status and, in some cases, the limits imposed by your own bank or wallet provider. Always check the figure displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction rather than relying on a number you saw previously.
4.3 Verification before your first withdrawal
Your first withdrawal normally requires completed verification. This is a one-time hurdle: once your identity and payment account are confirmed, later withdrawals do not repeat the process unless something material changes. We strongly recommend completing verification when you register rather than on the day you want your money — it turns a wait into a formality.
4.4 Processing times
Deposits are typically credited within moments of the payment confirming. Withdrawals to UPI are typically processed quickly once your account is verified and any wagering is complete, and net-banking payouts typically take longer because they depend on banking hours and on your bank's own settlement cycle. These are typical timelines, not guarantees: bank downtime, UPI outages and public holidays affect them, and we do not control the rails your money travels on.
4.5 What can delay a withdrawal
Almost every delayed withdrawal we see has one of these causes. Checking them first will usually save you a support ticket:
- Incomplete KYC — verification has not been finished, or a submitted document was unreadable.

5. Bonus Terms
The IC7 welcome bonus is worth up to ₹10,000. It is a promotional credit, not free withdrawable cash. It is added to a bonus balance, it carries wagering requirements, and it cannot be withdrawn — nor can funds derived from it — until those requirements have been met in full. No bonus, and nothing else on this platform, guarantees winnings of any kind.
5.1 What the bonus actually is
A bonus is promotional credit that lets you play for longer than your deposit alone would allow. It is not a cash gift, and claiming one is entirely optional. If you would rather keep your funds fully liquid and withdrawable at any moment, simply do not claim a bonus — you can play with your own deposited balance under no wagering conditions at all. Many experienced players do exactly that, and it is a perfectly reasonable choice.
The headline figure of ₹10,000 is a maximum. The amount you actually receive depends on the promotion active at the time you claim, on the size of your qualifying deposit, and on the tiers published on that promotion. Nobody receives ₹10,000 for signing up alone.
5.2 Eligibility
- The welcome bonus is for new accounts only — one per person, per device, per payment method and per household.

5.3 Wagering requirements
Every bonus carries a wagering requirement: a multiple of the bonus amount (and, on some promotions, of the qualifying deposit) that must be staked in eligible games before bonus funds and anything won from them become withdrawable. Until the requirement is met, that portion of your balance is a bonus balance, not a cash balance, and requesting a withdrawal may forfeit the outstanding bonus.

5.4 Game contribution
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering. 5.5 Expiry

Where abuse is established, we may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, close the account, and return the player's own verified deposited funds less any amounts legitimately lost in play.
5.7 We may change or withdraw promotions
IC7 may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, and may change the value, eligibility, wagering requirement or contribution rates of a bonus, at any time. Changes are not applied retroactively to a bonus you have already validly claimed and are actively wagering. Nothing in this section creates a right to a bonus of any particular value.

Where this table says "as stated on the active promotion page at the time of claim", that is deliberate: those figures change between promotions, and the promotion you claim is the one that governs your bonus.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
IC7 only works if the game is the same for everyone. The following are prohibited, and any of them may result in immediate suspension, voided winnings and permanent closure:
- Bots and automation — scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulator automation or any software that plays, stakes or claims on your behalf.
- Exploiting bugs — knowingly using a software defect, a display error or a game malfunction to gain an advantage instead of reporting it. Rounds affected by a malfunction are void.
- Chargeback abuse — disputing or reversing a deposit you made and used. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in closure and recovery of the amount.
- Collusion — coordinating play with other players, sharing card information, or operating multiple accounts at the same table or in the same promotion.
- Using someone else's payment instrument — depositing from, or withdrawing to, a UPI ID, wallet or bank account that is not in your own name.
- Circumventing state restrictions — using a VPN, proxy, spoofed location or false address to access the platform from a restricted state. Doing so is a breach of these Terms regardless of whether it succeeds.

7. Game Rules & Availability
The games on IC7 — slots, live casino tables, card classics such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, fishing arcades and instant titles — are supplied by third-party game providers. IC7 presents them and handles your wallet; the providers build and operate the games themselves.
This has practical consequences you should understand:
- Rules, features and availability may change. A provider can update a game, change its features, or remove it from the lobby. Games may also be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, and the catalogue available to you may differ over time.
- Outcomes are determined by the provider. Results come from the provider's random number generator, or, in live games, from the physical outcome at the dealer's table. IC7 does not and cannot influence the result of a round.
- Disconnections are settled by the provider's rules. If your connection drops mid-round, the round is resolved according to the rules of the provider that supplied the game — which commonly means the round completes on their server and settles to your account when you reconnect. - Malfunctions void play. If a game malfunctions, the affected round and any pay-out from it are void, and stakes are handled in line with the provider's rules.
- The provider's record is authoritative. Where your device shows something different from the provider's server log — a common outcome of a mid-round disconnect — the server-side record is what settles the round.
Every game carries risk. No game on IC7 is designed to return more than it takes, and no strategy, pattern or system changes that. Play for entertainment, and stake only what you can afford to lose.
8. Responsible Gaming
Gaming is entertainment, and it carries real financial risk. It must never be treated as income, as a way to recover losses, or as a solution to a money problem. If you are playing to win back what you have lost, stop and talk to us.
IC7 provides tools to help you keep control, and we will apply them without argument when you ask:
- Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on what you can put into your account. Contact support to set one. Lowering a limit takes effect promptly; raising it takes effect only after a cooling-off delay, deliberately.
- Cooling-off periods — a short, defined break during which you cannot deposit or play.
- Self-exclusion — a longer block on your account. Ask support to apply it. Once applied, it will not be lifted early on request, because that is the entire point of it.

9. Intellectual Property
The IC7 name, logo, wordmark, site design, page copy, graphics, layout, iconography and source code are owned by IC7 or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. The games, their names, artwork and software are owned by the third-party providers that supply them.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform, nor use IC7's branding in a way that suggests an endorsement or partnership that does not exist. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of anything to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate, fast and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every defect, and we do not warrant any particular outcome from playing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IC7 is not liable for:
- Losses you incur through play. Money staked and lost in a game is lost — that is the nature of the product, and it is why you should stake only what you can afford to lose.
- Interruptions, downtime, latency or connectivity failures, including those caused by your device, your network or your internet service provider.
- Delays, failures or errors originating with a payment provider, bank or the UPI network.
- The acts, omissions, rules or outages of a third-party game provider.
- Unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IC7, its officers, employees, contractors and partners against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or connected with: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the platform; any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct on your account; your use of a payment instrument that is not your own; or your access to IC7 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
12. Suspension & Termination
By you. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Withdraw any remaining withdrawable balance first. Closure does not erase transaction records we are required to retain — see the Privacy Policy.
By us. We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where: you breach these Terms; we reasonably suspect fraud, multi-accounting, collusion or bonus abuse; you are found to be under 18 or resident in a restricted state; verification cannot be completed; you use a payment instrument that is not your own; or we are required to do so by law.
On termination for cause, we may void bonuses and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and we will return the account holder's own verified, legitimately-held funds where we are lawfully able to do so. On an underage account, winnings are not payable and the balance is handled as set out in these Terms. We will tell you the reason for a termination unless doing so would prejudice an investigation or breach a legal duty.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. We deliberately do not name a particular city, court or arbitration body here, because doing so would state as settled fact something that depends on the circumstances of the dispute and the law applicable at the time.
Before any formal step, raise the matter with us. Almost every dispute we see — a delayed withdrawal, a voided bonus, a contested round — is resolved faster and better by giving support your registered mobile number, the transaction or round reference, and a clear description of what you expected to happen. We will investigate, look at the server-side record, and tell you what we find, including when the finding is not the one you were hoping for.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms — for example when we add a payment method, change how a promotion works, or clarify a rule that was being misread. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will make a reasonable effort to bring it to your attention through the platform or your registered contact details, rather than relying on you spotting a changed date. Continuing to use IC7 after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform, withdraw your withdrawable balance and close your account.
