Plain-English summary. We collect the details you give us when you sign up (name, mobile number, email, date of birth) plus payment identifiers such as your UPI ID, and technical information about the device and browser you play on. We use that data to run your account, verify that you are 18 or over and eligible to play, process deposits and withdrawals, track bonuses, detect fraud, and support you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we only share it with the payment partners, game providers and support tools that are needed to operate the platform — or where the law requires it. This summary is a plain-language overview only; it does not replace the full policy below, which is the document that actually governs how we handle your information.
1. Introduction & Scope
IC7 ("IC7", "we", "us" or "our") operates the online gaming platform available at ic7world.in and through the IC7 mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit the website, create an account, deposit funds, play games supplied by our partner providers, claim promotions, request a withdrawal, or contact our support team.
This policy applies to every part of the IC7 service: the marketing website, the account and wallet system, the game lobby, and the support channels we operate. It applies whether you reach us from a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or the Android application.
IC7 is an entertainment platform intended for adults in India who are aged 18 or over and who are not resident in a state where online real-money gaming is restricted. Because of that, some of the information we collect exists specifically to check that you are legally allowed to play — that is a deliberate part of the design, not an afterthought.
By using IC7 you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understand how your information is handled. If you do not agree with it, please do not register or deposit. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the platform.
2. Information We Collect
We try to collect the minimum amount of information needed to run a real-money gaming account safely. In practice, that information falls into three groups.
2.1 Information You Provide
This is data you type in or upload yourself, typically during registration, verification or a withdrawal request:
- Identity details — your full name and, where verification is required, the identity document you choose to submit.
- Contact details — your mobile number and email address, which we use for account access, transaction alerts and support replies.
- Date of birth — used to confirm that you are 18 or over. An account that cannot pass this check cannot be used to play.
- Location declaration — the state you tell us you reside in, used to apply our regional restrictions.
- Payment identifiers — for example your UPI ID, the wallet handle you deposit from, or bank account details you provide for a withdrawal. We do not store full card numbers. Card payments, where offered, are handled by the payment processor, and we receive only a reference and a status, never the complete card number or CVV.
- Support correspondence — the messages, screenshots and account references you send us when you raise a query.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you browse or play, our servers and the software running the site record technical information automatically. This is standard for any online service and is used to keep the platform working and secure:
- Device type and model, and the operating system and version you are running.
- Browser type and version, screen size and language settings.
- IP address, and the approximate region derived from it.
- Session timestamps — when you logged in, how long the session lasted, and when it ended.
- Pages viewed, games opened, and the route you took through the site.
- Diagnostic data such as error messages and crash reports when something breaks.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
We receive a limited amount of information back from the partners who help us run the service. Payment processors confirm whether a deposit or withdrawal succeeded, failed or is pending, and return a transaction reference and the name registered against the payment instrument. Game providers confirm that a round was played, staked and settled on your account, and return the result and the amount credited or debited. We do not receive marketing profiles, credit histories or social-media data about you from any third party.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only for defined operational purposes. Concretely, we use it to:
- Create and maintain your account — register you, authenticate logins, and let you recover access if you are locked out.
- Check age and state eligibility — confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted state.
- Process deposits and withdrawals — route your payment through the correct processor, match it to your wallet, and settle payouts to the account you nominated.
- Credit and track bonuses — apply promotional credit to your account, monitor progress against wagering requirements, and release funds when those requirements are met.
- Detect fraud and multi-accounting — identify duplicate accounts, shared devices, collusion, chargeback abuse and payment instruments that do not belong to the account holder.
- Provide customer support — investigate the issue you reported, look up the specific transaction or game round in question, and reply to you.
- Monitor service performance and diagnose crashes — understand which pages are slow, which devices are failing, and which builds introduced a bug.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations — retain financial records, respond to lawful requests, and meet applicable tax and anti-money-laundering duties.
- Support responsible-gaming interventions — apply deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion when you request them, and act on patterns that suggest a player is at risk.
- Send service and promotional messages — transactional alerts are part of running your account; purely promotional messages are sent only where you have not opted out, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We do not use your personal data to build advertising profiles for sale, and we do not run automated decision-making that produces a legal effect on you without a human being able to review it.
4. Legal Bases & Consent
IC7 is operated for players in India, and we handle personal data in line with India's data-protection framework and applicable Indian law. We describe this in general terms deliberately: this policy sets out our practices and commitments, and we make no claim to any certification, registration, accreditation or licence, and we do not claim compliance with any foreign standard or scheme.
In practice, we rely on the following grounds when we process your data:
- Consent — you give us your details voluntarily when you register, deposit or opt in to promotional messages. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and withdrawing it will not affect your ability to play or withdraw your own funds.
- Performance of our agreement with you — we cannot open an account, settle a game round or pay a withdrawal without processing the data that makes those things possible.
- Legal obligation — certain financial and transactional records must be created and retained, and lawful requests from authorities must be answered.
- Legitimate operational interest — protecting the platform and other players from fraud, abuse and security incidents, and keeping the service stable.
Where you decline to provide information that is strictly necessary — for example your date of birth, or verification details before a first withdrawal — we may be unable to open or continue your account. That is a limitation of the service, not a penalty.
5. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use closely related technologies such as local storage. They exist so that the site can remember things between page loads — most importantly, that you are logged in.
5.1 Essential cookies
These keep the platform functioning. They hold your session token so you stay logged in as you move between the lobby and a game, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and balance traffic across our servers. Without them the site simply cannot work, so they cannot be switched off from within the site.
5.2 Functional cookies
These remember preferences you have expressed — your language, whether you have dismissed a notice, your last-used game filter or category on the games page. Turning them off does not break the site, but it will feel more forgetful.
5.3 Analytics cookies
These help us understand aggregate behaviour: which pages are visited, where people drop off during registration, how long a page takes to become usable, and which builds are producing errors. We use this to fix problems and improve the product, not to identify you personally.
| Category | Purpose | Can you disable it? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Login session, security tokens, fraud prevention, load balancing | No — the platform cannot operate without them |
| Functional | Remembering language, filters, dismissed notices and layout preferences | Yes — via your browser settings; some conveniences will be lost |
| Analytics | Aggregate page views, drop-off points, performance and crash diagnostics | Yes — via your browser settings or a tracking-protection extension |
5.4 Managing cookies in your browser
You are always in control of cookies at the browser level. Two of the most common options for Indian players:
- Google Chrome — open Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies to control cookie behaviour, and Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data to clear cookies already stored. On Chrome for Android the same options sit under the three-dot menu.
- Safari — on macOS, open Safari → Settings → Privacy and use "Manage Website Data" to review or remove stored data. On iOS, open Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data, or use "Advanced → Website Data" to remove entries for a single site.
Clearing cookies will log you out and reset your preferences. It will not delete your account, your balance or your transaction history — those live on our servers, not in your browser.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers or advertising networks. There is no version of the IC7 business model in which your information is the product.
We do share limited data with a small number of parties, strictly where it is needed to run the service:
- Payment partners — UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, net-banking gateways and the processors behind them receive the details required to move money: the amount, a transaction reference, and the payment identifier you supplied. They need this to complete the payment; they do not receive your gameplay history.
- Game providers — the third-party studios that supply our slots, live casino tables, card games, fishing and instant titles receive a pseudonymous player reference and the stake and settlement data needed to run and record the round. They do not receive your contact details.
- Support and infrastructure tooling — hosting, error-monitoring and ticket-handling services that process data on our behalf, under instructions from us, and only for the purpose we specify.
- Legal and regulatory requests — where we receive a lawful order, or where disclosure is genuinely necessary to investigate fraud, prevent harm, or establish or defend a legal claim, we will disclose what is required and no more.
- Business transfers — if IC7 is involved in a merger, acquisition or restructuring, account data may transfer to the successor entity, which would remain bound by commitments no weaker than those in this policy.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as there is a reason to keep it. The reason determines the period:
- Account data — retained for as long as your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that a closed account can be restored if you closed it in error or a dispute is still open.
- Transaction and financial records — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits and settled game rounds are retained for the period required by applicable financial, tax and anti-money-laundering rules. This means some records survive account closure. We cannot delete a payment record on request if the law requires us to be able to produce it.
- Support conversations — kept long enough to resolve the issue, recognise repeat problems and defend against later claims about the same transaction.
- Technical logs — session and diagnostic logs are kept for a short operational window and then aged out, except where a log is preserved as part of a fraud or security investigation.
- Self-exclusion records — retained for as long as needed to honour the exclusion, because deleting them would defeat their purpose.
When a retention period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be linked back to you.
8. Data Security
We take the security of player data seriously, because a real-money account is a real target. The measures we operate include:
- Encryption in transit — traffic between your device and IC7 is served over HTTPS/TLS, so data cannot be read as it crosses the network.
- Access controls — administrative access is authenticated and logged, and sensitive actions leave an audit trail.
- Least privilege — staff and support agents can see only the data they need for the task in front of them. Full payment credentials are not exposed to support agents, because we do not hold them.
- Payment isolation — card and bank credentials are handled by the payment processor. We hold references and statuses, not full instrument numbers.
- Monitoring — unusual login patterns, impossible-travel logins and rapid multi-account activity are flagged for review.
No online system — ours included — can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We work hard to protect your data, but we cannot promise that a determined attack, a compromised device on your side, or a reused password will never lead to unauthorised access. Use a strong, unique password, never share your login, and tell us immediately at t.me/ravihere0 if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
9. Your Rights & Choices
You have meaningful control over the information we hold about you. Every request below can be raised through our support Telegram at https://t.me/ravihere0. To protect your account, we will verify that the request is genuinely coming from the account holder before we act on it — normally by confirming details already registered against the account.
- Access — message support with the words "data access request" and your registered mobile number. We will confirm what personal data we hold and why.
- Correction — if your name, mobile number, email or payment details are wrong or out of date, send support the corrected value. Changes to a name or payment instrument may require verification, since a mismatch between account name and payment name is one of the most common causes of a blocked withdrawal.
- Deletion — you may ask us to delete your personal data. We will delete what we can, but note the caveat in section 7: transaction and financial records that we are legally required to retain will be kept for the required period even after your account is closed. We will tell you plainly what is being kept and why.
- Withdrawing marketing consent — message support with "stop marketing", or use the unsubscribe option in any promotional message. You will still receive essential transactional messages such as withdrawal confirmations, because those are part of operating your account.
- Closing your account — message support with "close my account". We will ask you to withdraw any remaining withdrawable balance first, settle anything outstanding, and then close it. If you are closing the account because gaming has stopped feeling like entertainment, tell us — we can apply a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure, which is harder to reverse on impulse.
- Complaints — if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, raise it with support first. We would rather fix it directly and quickly than have you escalate it.
10. Children & Age Restriction
IC7 is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. The platform is not designed for, marketed to, or available to minors under any circumstances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we detect — or are credibly told — that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend it immediately and investigate. Where the account holder is confirmed to be underage, the account is closed permanently, any personal data collected from that account is deleted except where a record must be kept for legal reasons, and any balance is dealt with in line with our Terms & Conditions. Winnings generated on an underage account are not payable.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has created an account with us, contact support at https://t.me/ravihere0 and we will act on it. We also encourage the use of device-level parental controls and content filters on any device a young person can access.
11. Third-Party Links
IC7 links out to other services. The most obvious examples are our Telegram community and our Telegram support channel, and the payment providers you are handed to when you deposit.
Telegram is a third-party service with its own privacy policy and its own data practices. When you message us on Telegram, your message, your Telegram username and any profile information you have made visible are processed by Telegram under Telegram's terms, not ours. We only control what happens to the information once it reaches us. If you would prefer not to use Telegram, use the form on our contact page instead.
Similarly, game providers and payment gateways operate their own systems. This Privacy Policy covers IC7 — it does not extend to any third-party website, application or service, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any third-party service before you use it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our practices change — for example if we introduce a new payment method, add a new category of processing, or change how long we keep a type of record. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Where a change materially affects your rights or how your data is used, we will make a reasonable effort to bring it to your attention through the platform or through the contact details you have registered, rather than relying on you noticing a changed date. Continuing to use IC7 after an update means you accept the revised policy. If you do not accept it, you may close your account at any time as described in section 9.
13. Contact Us About Privacy
If you have a question about this policy, want to exercise one of the rights in section 9, or believe we are holding data we should not be, get in touch. We would rather hear about it early.
- Support Telegram (fastest): https://t.me/ravihere0 — for account, data and privacy requests.
- Contact page: ic7world.in/contact.html — for written enquiries and the full list of support channels.
- Community Telegram: https://t.me/yn_games — general announcements. Please do not post personal data in a public group.
When you contact us about a privacy matter, include your registered mobile number and a short description of what you want us to do. That lets us verify you and act on the request in one round trip instead of three.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on 13 July 2026 and is effective from that date. It should be read together with the IC7 Terms & Conditions, including the Bonus Terms.
